2. Personal data we process
We process data only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes. Forms may include name, phone, email, Telegram / WhatsApp contacts, desired models and messages; the website automatically processes IP, device, browser and cookie information.
3. Processing activities
As required by 152-FZ, processing activities are presented in a four-column breakdown: purpose, personal data, processing method and destruction method. Your personal data is stored no longer than needed for the purposes you consented to or as required by law, and is then irreversibly deleted in electronic form.

5. Legal grounds
Applicable legal grounds are applied per processing activity (Russian Personal Data Law 152-FZ).
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We group cookies into essential, analytics and marketing categories and manage non-essential technologies through a dedicated cookie settings entry.

7. Disclosure, entrusted processing and cross-border transfer
Data is provided to processors / recipients only as necessary for the purposes or required by law. Third-party services used (within Russia) include Yandex, CDN, email and maps. We do not transfer your personal data outside the Russian Federation.
8. Storage and security
The primary database is hosted in Yandex Cloud within Russia. Access control, encrypted transmission and storage, logging, backups, least-privilege permissions and incident response are applied per applicable law.
9. Your rights
Within applicable law you may request access to, rectification, supplementation, restriction/blocking and deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consents. Send requests to jiakaiyc@mail.ru; we will respond within 30 days. If processing falls within the territorial scope of GDPR, the rights required by GDPR will also be provided.

10. Minors
The website primarily serves adult buyers and business users and does not knowingly collect personal data of minors under 18; if any is found, it will be handled per applicable law. If you are under 18, please use this website under a guardian’s supervision and consent.
11. How this policy is updated
If purposes, data categories, third-party services or applicable law change materially, we will update this policy with an effective date / version and re-obtain consent where necessary.
